Alyssa Kennedy, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist specializing in the assessment of neurodevelopmental and comorbid disorders in school age children and adolescents. She is known for her expertise in cultural considerations and differential diagnosis, and has more than three years of experience conducting assessments for developmental disabilities. Additionally, Dr. Kennedy has provided therapeutic treatment to children and families with acute and high-risk needs, including neurodevelopmental and other comorbid disorders. She has supervised psychology doctoral trainees in treatment and assessment and taught psychology courses in university and college settings.

Dr. Kennedy received her doctoral degree in counseling psychology from the University of Oregon with a specialization in Spanish language psychological service and research. She completed an internship at Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, CA, followed by postdoctoral training at the San Diego Center for Children.

Dr. Kennedy enjoys spending her free time outside and being active with loved ones, including hiking, camping, doing yoga, and taking her dog to the dog park.
