Biography

Anette Bernal Cuevas is an Administrative Assistant at MindWise Psychological Services. She is responsible for providing support for our clinical psychologists, including scheduling clients, retrieving client records, maintaining electronic client databases, answering and routing phone calls and emails, managing general and testing supplies for testing sites throughout San Diego and Imperial counties, booking travel accommodations, planning events and meetings, and assisting the CEO with other general administrative tasks.

Ms. Bernal Cuevas was raised in Tijuana, Baja California, before relocating to San Diego. While in Tijuana, she trained and volunteered as a TRUM (Rescue Technician of Medical Urgencies), gaining hands on experience in emergency response and patient care. She later attended the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. While at UCSD, Ms. Bernal Cuevas worked for four years as an Administrative Assistant in the Bioengineering Department. During that time, she also interned as a Data Analyst Assistant at the San Ysidro Health Clinic, where she helped analyze clinical data from diabetic patients to track health outcomes and evaluate treatment effectiveness.

Outside of work, Ms. Bernal Cuevas enjoys reading, painting, baking, watching scary movies, and spending time at the beach.
